There are many nuances of a Career in Special Education Training. My research about a Career in Special Education Training became a lot more meaningful when I found: https://www.lifepage.in/career/20171117-0003/Arts/Special Education/Career-in-Special-Education-Training/hindi

Career Video on Special Education Training

In a video, Manju Singhania has talked about various aspects of a Career in Special Education Training. Manju Singhania started by explaining Special Education Training as: "Special education is the practice of educating students with special educational needs in a way that addresses their individual differences and needs. Ideally, this process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, and accessible settings. These interventions are designed to help individuals with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in school and in their community that may not be available if the student were only given access to a typical classroom education." The video gave me so much food for thought.

In this video Education was discussed as theoretical topics needed to excel at Special Education Training, and not as Qualifications needed to enter Special Education Training. Manju Singhania touches upon these in the Education section of the Video:
  • Child Development

90% success in real life depends on Skills. It is crucial to understand these.
